Refund and Cancellation Policy

Consultation bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.

If a consultation session is cancelled by Madhav Dhransotiya for any reason, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund requests must be submitted through the contact information provided on this website within 7 days of the original payment date.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Package payments for the Professional Package or Elite Partnership are refundable on a prorated basis for any unused portion of the program, provided a refund request is made before the program's midpoint.
